Refund & Return Policy

At Barrel Proof Direct, we take pride in delivering exceptional craft spirits and a first-class experience. That said, due to the nature of alcohol sales, all purchases are final unless an issue occurs during fulfillment.

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

• You received the incorrect item

• Your order arrived damaged

If your order qualifies, please contact us at team@barrelproofdirect.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can move quickly on a resolution.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped back using our pre-paid return label.
A $24.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

• All bottles must be unopened and in original packaging

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (minus return shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
